Q: Do you offer services?
A: No we do not, but we can give referrals.

Q: How long are most estimates good for?
A: Most estimates are good for 30 days.

Q: How many days in advanced should I give to book a delivery?
A: One to Two business days.

Q: What is the charge for delivery?
A: Alpine Rock & Block charges a fee based on the delivery zip code and type of vehicle being used for the delivery. Please call for pricing.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All materials returned are subject to count and inspection. Returnable items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit will be issued for stock items, resalable as "First Quality" only. No return will be accepted on special order products, natural stone, manufactured stone, tile, brick, cement, bagged materials, BBQs, islands and bulk products. No receipt, no return.

Q: Should stone be sealed?
A: In order to protect your investment we recommend that you seal it. This will help to keep stains out and keep the natural colors rich and vibrant. Not sure what type of sealer to use? Don’t like the “wet look”? Call one of our helpful sales associates to help you decide on the best option for your type of stone.

Q: How much flag stone do I need for my project?
A: The amount of flagstone you will need for your project has a few different variables to it, to start off we need to know how may square feet you have, this is easy to determine take the length and multiply it by the width. Now what is the thickness of the flagstone you are using? This will determine the amount of square footage per ton. *Important note thickness of flagstone affects the square footage*
